I use this buttercream in all of my cakes and cupcakes it is fluffy ans velvety. Not overly sweet and can compliment your home baked goodies. 
 
This recipe has been halved to suit most bakers- I generally make it in large volumes which may not suit alot. Can easily double it to yield more.
